Shipping Policies
*All dates shown are taken from US Postal Service, Canpar and Canada Post. If you place an order before the shipping deadline, your package should arrive in time for Christmas. Although we will try our best to have the order processed and shipped out in time for Christmas, we do not guarantee delivery by Christmas as US Postal Service, Canpar and Canada Post do not guarantee delivery (ie. adverse conditions: weather, custom delays, etc)...

Standard Shipping on all orders to the continental 48 states is via USPS Mail. We reserve the right to ship using any of their method at our discretion in order to provide you with the best possible delivery service for your destination. . All shipments are insured and trackable.

a) Any order placed after 10:00 am EST will not be printed out until the NEXT business day. (So if you place an order on Friday at 10:00am EST or later, it may not be processed until Monday morning). Weekends or holidays are not counted as business days.

b) It takes approximately 1 to 3 business days to process your order. Many of our orders are processed the very next business day after you've placed the order however some orders do take longer mainly due to credit card authorization & security issues. After it leaves our warehouse, you will get it in 2-3 business days if you live in the east. 3-4 days if you live on the mideast or in the Southern states, or 5-6 business days if you live in the West.

c) Orders are shipped via USPS and takes about 3 to 10 working days. If you have an address that can only accept a certain shipping method, please state this at the time of your order to avoid any delays/errors in your shipment. We are not responsible for non-delivery if you provide an invalid shipping address. Please take the time to enter your address accurately when placing the order.

d) We are getting an increased amount of customers providing a wrong or incomplete (ie. missing apartment or suite) address and then complaining that they have not received their package. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR MIS-DIRECTED PACKAGES IF YOU GIVE US THE WRONG ADDRESS. Please take your time when typing your shipping address during the online ordering phase.

e) For all international customers: please be reminded that your shipping quote will be adjusted accordingly for international shipping and handling and it will take a little longer than north american orders to arrive. So please be patient.
